If we manage the system for you, a monthly fee is based on the value of the time the system saves. What if we don't want to reduce staff?

What happens if the system doesn't meet the targets?
The setup fee is only due once the system meets the success targets written into your proposal. If it falls short, we keep working on it until it does, or you don't pay the setup fee
Do we need to change the software we already use?

Do we need anyone technical on staff?
No. We handle the technical work. The person we choose to own the system only needs to understand what it does and keep an eye on the monthly report
